CETARA - Maria Antonietta Summer 2020. From the Sanremo stage to the summer tour: Friday 25 September 2020 appointment with Marie Antoinette in Cetara. Poems and songs by the sea with the singer-songwriter from Pesaro. After the long tour with the musical reading taken from her first book Seven unforgivable girls (Rizzoli 2019), which ended at the Prima Diffusa della Scala in Milan, and after having trod the stage of Sanremo 2020 with Levante and Francesca Michielin, the singer-songwriter and writer Maria Antonietta, aka Letrizia Cesarini, brings on stage a small zibaldone for the summer, which on Friday 25 September at 9 pm will stop in Cetara for Teatri in Blu, the theater and music festival conceived by Vincenzo Albano, financed and promoted by the Region Campania through Scabec SpA.
Maria Antonietta - perhaps the only female name of the Italian indie, which boasts, among others, collaborations with Brunori Sas, Calcutta, Francesca Michielin and Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti - brings a portion of her world to the stage: thoughts, readings and many songs by the sea.
«These are difficult and confused times - says the singer-songwriter from Pesaro. I think it is right to contribute in thoughts, readings and songs, those and those that I would like to share with you in some appointments this summer. There is no other way, I firmly believe, to move forward, except together, sharing what we love. Punctually, in difficult and confusing times, poems, words, thoughts and songs make us feel less alone and scared. It always happens to me. There will be different spaces, and different modalities… But basically different constraints, different freedoms! Let's explore this different freedom, and let's make it beautiful, somehow. Are you there? ».
